Responsibilities

• Manually discharge product from blenders into storage containers and verify labeling.
• Assist other blending operators with changeovers and loading of blender.
• Weigh containers and adjust quantities.
• Record weight, time and date of packaging; check dates on first case.
• Inspect orders for special instructions and correct packaging components.
• Keep leaders informed of problems and progress.
• Maintain a sanitary, orderly work area and follow QA specs.
• Follow safety procedures at all times.
• Perform end-of-line checks for packaging accuracy and labeling.
• Replenish blending supplies and update processing paperwork.
