Qualifications

• Demonstrate practical mechanical skills and following procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up blending machines and calibrate equipment.
• Weigh and measure raw materials according to recipes.
• Load ingredients and start blending cycles.
• Operate pumps, valves and pipelines to move liquids per schedule.
• Read gauges, monitor flow, and inspect for leaks or malfunctions.
• Maintain inventory records in ERP system and lab samples for analysis.
• Perform basic quality checks on blended products.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety, follow PPE protocols.
• Document activities and communicate notable deviations to supervisor.
