Job summary

Finlays Solutions is seeking a Blender Operator for our on-site facility in Minden, NV. You will blend products per work orders, following GMPs and safety procedures to maximize safety, quality, and efficiency.

The role requires precise measurement, adherence to SOPs, and strong attention to detail. You will work in a team-focused environment, maintaining logs, supporting lean initiatives, and ensuring accurate task execution to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2+ years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Good math skills for weights and measures.
• Basic computer/control system knowledge.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving.
• Able to read and follow SOPs and GMPs.
• Able to work in a team and follow safety procedures.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Pass entry-level test.

Responsibilities

• Learn, practice, and adhere to SOPs and GMPs established for Manufacturing.
• Follow Safety and Quality policies and procedures.
• Follow Blending Department Policies and Procedures.
• Adhere to processing, changeover, cleaning, and sanitation procedures for equipment.
• Set up and operate blending equipment safely to meet WO instructions.
• Process Work Orders accurately per daily production schedule.
• Create production batch samples for QA testing.
