Finlays Solutions is seeking a Lead Blender to train, guide, and support blending staff at the Minden, NV site. The role ensures blending per SOPs, GMPs, and batch formulas while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have strong English skills, basic math, and mechanical aptitude, with a hands-on approach to coaching and problem solving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and comprehend English.
• Two years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train others and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Uphold SOPs and GMPs for production operations.
• Train blending operators on procedures, changeovers, and sanitation.
• Develop training programs and schedules for the blending team.
• Ensure batches are blended accurately per formulas and instructions.
• Coordinate onboarding and performance evaluations for staff.
• Maintain equipment and assist with CIP and batching activities.
• Record critical processing parameters and verify data accuracy.
• Adhere to GDP and safety practices across all documentation.
