Blending Associate — Manufacturing

Job Type: Full-time

Shift/Schedule: 2:30pm-1am, M-Thur

About the Role

We're hiring a Blending Associate to support daily blending operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role oversees blending room workflow, helps keep production on schedule, and ensures raw materials are blended accurately, safely, and on time — all while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work area.

What You'll Do

• Execute and support the daily blend schedule to meet production goals
• Assign daily tasks to blending staff and temporary workers, and monitor performance against schedules
• Assist with staging, scaling, sanitation, and running blending equipment
• Accurately measure, weigh, and mix raw materials according to formulas
• Maintain daily blending summaries and performance documentation
• Coordinate with Production and Maintenance to keep operations and preventative maintenance on track
• Monitor raw material inventory and report potential shortages
• Keep blending areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Follow GMPs, quality procedures, and company policies
• Perform minor equipment maintenance and repairs as directed

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Up to one year of manufacturing or related experience preferred
• Knowledge of GMPs and Quality Assurance practices
• Forklift experience a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Comfortable with a flexible schedule, including overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed
• Ability to understand and follow formulas and mixing instructions

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods; frequent walking, bending, squatting, and reaching
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs regularly; push/pull up to 50 lbs frequently
• Work performed near moving machinery
