Job summary

City Electric Supply is seeking a Training Specialist to partner with business leaders and E-Learning Developers to create engaging training content. The role involves delivering live classrooms bi-weekly across regions with up to 50% travel and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, at least three years of training experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; bilingual speakers are strongly

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years training and facilitation experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Bilingual strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop content for blended learning and interactive delivery.
• Facilitate training subjects including but not limited to sales, service, leadership, and systems.
• Build and maintain client relationships through effective communication.
• Conduct needs assessments in consultation with business leaders.
• Collaborate with E Learning Developers and Documentation Specialists on learning initiatives.
• Market and support the Learning Management System.
• Schedule and ensure quality of vendor product training.
• Develop a proficient to advanced understanding of the proprietary IMS system.
• Responsible for setting up the training environment including computers.
• Maintain knowledge and expertise in learning and development competencies.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
