Job summary

Riceland Foods is seeking a Bleaching Operator in Stuttgart, AR. This full-time role operates the bleaching system, handles oil movement, and ensures safe, cost-effective production.

You will monitor process conditions, analyze samples, and coordinate with upstream and downstream steps, with light maintenance as required. High school diploma or equivalent and 2–3 years of manufacturing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and write; perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Operate the bleaching system and manage movement of oil.
• Monitor and adjust process conditions to ensure quality and safety.
• Analyze process samples and coordinate with upstream and downstream steps.
• Perform light maintenance as needed and follow management instructions.
