Job summary

Luck Stone is seeking an experienced, safety-focused Site Blaster to support blasting operations at one or more quarry locations. Working closely with the Site Foreman and corporate blasting crew, the Site Blaster will help execute safe, effective blasting activities while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.

This position is also responsible for documenting blast results and helping minimize the impact of blasting on surrounding neighbors and communities without compromising

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous blasting operations experience is required.
• DMME Blaster Certification or DMME Foreman Certification, or ability to obtain certification.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate blasting activities with Site Foreman and corporate blasting crew.
• Plan and execute safe, efficient blasting operations while complying with company policies and regulations.
• Maintain safety focus throughout the blasting process.
• Collect and document blast-related data and prepare reports.
• Maintain records per regulatory standards.
• Monitor and minimize blasting impacts on neighboring communities.
