Job summary

Arrow Finishing, Inc. is seeking a Production Technician for Blast to process customer parts per requirements while maintaining quality inspections and meeting production rates.

This on-site role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and teamwork on the production floor. You will start up Blast jobs, monitor each production step, complete required paperwork, and communicate issues to the Shift Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of blast terminology and safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure safety and quality.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use standard software.
• Ability to manage workload and stay organized.
• Ability to read and understand processes, procedures, and instructions.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate professionally.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards are met or exceeded.
• Continuously monitor production steps to maintain part quality.
• Responsible for start-up of Blast jobs.
• Communicate with department teammates to share information.
• Monitor tanks and report issues to the Production Shift Supervisor.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and properly stocked with tools.
