Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate finishing equipment (blasting and polishing) to achieve desired surface finishes.
• Inspect components before and after finishing to ensure quality compliance.

• Collaborate with QC and engineering to address discrepancies or defects.
• Document production data and report issues encountered.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Seek opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and quality.
