Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating high-speed machinery.
• Ability to read instruments and gauges accurately.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Operate, repair and maintain Blade Welder Assembly machines at planned rate.
• Set up and adjust a cell of Blade Welder Assembly stations.
• Load/unload coils and blades; inspect quality and record data.
• Replace and adjust tools and expendables as needed; keep area clean.
