Edgewell is seeking a Production Operator - Grinding for the night shift in Knoxville, TN, to operate blade grinding equipment in a high-speed manufacturing environment.

You will regulate machining, maintain quality specifications with precision measurement tools, and document production records. The role requires 2 years of manufacturing experience and strong mechanical and communication skills. This project-based full-time position runs through December 2027 with potential incentives.

Competenze

• Must be able to correctly read and interpret instruments and gauges.
• Must be able to correctly calculate basic mathematics equations (addition, subtraction, division, percentages).
• 2 years prior manufacturing experience. Examples: CNC Operator, Press Operator, Machine Operator, Molding Technician, or Maintenance background and/or related technical certification.

• Operate blade grinding machines in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Regulate machining by setting and adjusting controls.
• Maintain specifications by observing quality standards and utilizing precision measurement equipment
