Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking an Engineer, Blades Fleet Engineering to support blade fleet performance management and RCA efforts. You will analyze blade performance data, assist in resolving field issues, and contribute to the closed-loop learning process for reliability and performance of the global wind blade fleet.

You will work on RCA processes, data visualization dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration, with travel ~10% globally and on-site at Greenville, SC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related engineering field.
• 1+ year of wind turbine engineering, quality/reliability experience preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Python/SQL/Tableau) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• RCA support and execution from data collection to validation of corrective actions.
• Fleet data monitoring and trend identification for blade populations.
• Data analysis using statistical methods to support root cause identification.
• Maintain and update dashboards for blade fleet KPIs for real-time visibility.
• Draft and review technical documentation including RCA reports and TILs.
