Job Summary

The Mixologist Assistant receives all liquor, beer, and wine from storeroom daily and as needed, replenishing the bar throughout the shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Retrieve food items from the kitchen and deliver to the bar.
2. Retrieve beverage items and garnishes from storerooms and deliver to the bar.
3. Set up bottles on the bar, including 'top shelf' liquor on the back shelf.
4. Ensure beer taps are functioning properly.
5. Place appropriate bar snacks on the counter; keep supplies stocked.
6. Assist in opening and closing side work as assigned.
7. Bus tables in the bar area.
8. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the bar/lounge areas; wash work tables, walls, refrigerators, floors under equipment; sweep and mop service areas, including mats.
9. Remove rubbish from all receptacles.
10. Prepare and serve beverages to assist the bartender as needed.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
