Job Summary

Summary: Prepares and serves beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Adhere to liquor laws regarding minors and intoxicated guests.
• Set up bars and stock all necessary supplies.
• Maintain fresh fruit, juices, and perishables.
• Greet guests courteously.
• Take and prepare drink orders, garnish, and serve drinks.
• Verify guest IDs.
• Detect guest intoxication and act accordingly.
• Handle cash, verify charges, and record transactions.
• Secure all beverage and cash items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Arrange bottles and glasses attractively.
• Wash and sterilize stemware.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
