Job Summary

Summary: Receive and replenish liquor, beer, and wine from storeroom daily and as needed during the shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Retrieve food and beverage items from the kitchen and storerooms, deliver to the bar.
• Set up bottles with top-shelf liquor on the back shelf.
• Ensure beer taps are functioning properly.
• Stock bar snacks, supplies, and keep the area tidy.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures.
• Buses tables and maintains cleanliness of the bar area.
• Prepare and serve beverages as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
