Job Summary

Summary: Receives all liquor, beer, and wine from storeroom daily and as needed. Replenishes all beverages in the bar throughout the shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Retrieve food and beverage items from kitchen and storerooms and deliver to the bar.
• Set up bottles with top-shelf liquor on the back shelf.
• Ensure beer taps are functioning properly.
• Stock bar snacks, napkins, and supplies throughout the shift.
• Assist in opening and closing side work.
• Buses tables and maintains cleanliness of bar and lounge areas.
• Prepare and serve beverages as needed to assist the bartender.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
