You'll shape staffing, training, and performance, ensuring exceptional guest service while protecting game integrity in a dynamic, stable environment. This full-time role reports to the Casino Manager and offers growth within LIV Hospitality properties.

Qualifications

• Experience leading casino table games teams including staffing and scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of blackjack rules, house procedures, and payouts.
• Familiarity with AML/Title 31 requirements and SD gaming regulations.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise blackjack dealers and pit staff.
• Plan staffing, schedules, and coverage for events.
• Coordinate training for blackjack dealers and ensure rule compliance.
• Oversee daily table game operations and game pace.
• Monitor compliance with gaming regulations and internal controls.
• Maintain guest service standards and resolve disputes.
