Job summary

UFC Gym in Puyallup, Washington, is looking for a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Coach dedicated to delivering exceptional member service and conducting training sessions. The Coach will work on key metric sales, assist members, and achieve revenue objectives.

Ideal candidates should have a minimum Purple belt, strong customer service skills, and previous teaching experience. The job requires adherence to safety protocols and maintaining a supportive training environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
• Experience in related teaching for at least 1 year.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and company practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Private and Small Group Training.
• Achieve revenue objectives set by UFC Gym.
• Maintain organization of the fitness floor and training spaces.
