Job summary

Creative Synergies is seeking an experienced BIW design lead to drive projects from concept through 2D delivery and documentation. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across design, simulation, and process layout to ensure integrated solutions.

Responsibilities include project planning, team allocation, quality reviews, design reviews, supplier interactions, and applying GD&T/DFMEA standards to meet OEM execution best practices. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Lead BIW design projects from concept to delivery.
• Strong CAD proficiency with CATIA, NX, Inventor or SolidWorks.
• Experience in project management and leadership.
• Understanding of GD&T, DFMEA and automotive standards.

• Lead BIW design projects from concept to 2D Delivery & Documentation Delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, simulation, Process & System Layout).
• Manage Project Planning, Team Project Allocation, Quality reviews within team, design reviews, and supplier interactions.
• Ensure best practices for the Multiple OEM's Project Execution

Specific Skills:-

• Strong knowledge of BIW Process, welding, and joining methods.
• Expertise in CAD tools (CATIA, NX, Inventor, Solidworks etc.).
• Project management and leadership experience.
• Understanding of GD&T, DFMEA, and automotive standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
