Job summary

Hut8 is seeking a Bitcoin Mining Strategy Associate in Miami to drive strategic growth through market analysis, deal evaluation, and cross-functional collaboration. You will model financial implications of acquisitions, support due diligence, and prepare materials for leadership review.

You will work with senior leadership and internal teams to identify opportunities, structure deals, and monitor performance of the mining fleet to maximize profitability in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field. An MBA preferred.
2+ years of corporate development, investment banking, or related field.
Direct Bitcoin/mining/energy exposure encouraged but not required.
Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to present complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

Lead comprehensive market research to identify trends, dynamics, and growth opportunities.
Create and manage sophisticated financial models for acquisitions and investments.
Prepare investment memoranda and board materials to support decisions.
Identify, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities from screening to integration.
Coordinate deal terms and manage external stakeholders to optimize outcomes.
Collaborate with finance, legal, operations, and corporate development for execution and integration.
Track performance of the operating ASIC mining fleet and report insights.
