You will oversee critical infrastructure, coordinate with IT/engineering, and manage the site team while traveling to other sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years supervising a team in a critical infrastructure environment.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and ability to troubleshoot issues.
• Experience applying safety regulations and protocols in an operational setting.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams in a dynamic environment.
• Adaptability to evolving technologies and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily site operations with focus on uptime, efficiency, and performance.
• Oversee maintenance of power systems, cooling equipment, security systems, and other critical infrastructure.
• Coordinate with IT and engineering on hardware deployment and improvements.
• Monitor energy usage and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency.
• Conduct inspections and audits to identify risks and maintain quality.
• Maintain staffing and operating plans to support 24/7 site operations when possible.
• Respond to on-call issues and coordinate emergency response as needed.
• Lead, coach, and develop the operations team and communicate with site staff and leadership.
