Battery Finance is seeking an Investment professional to join the growing Investment team in Philadelphia. You will analyze commercial real estate credit opportunities and structure financing solutions that integrate bitcoin as collateral, working closely with senior leadership.

The role requires 3–5 years of CRE underwriting experience and strong financial modeling, with familiarity in AI tools and coding to accelerate analysis.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of commercial real estate credit experience with formal underwriting training.
• Advanced financial modeling of loan cash flows and scenarios.
• Strong understanding of Bitcoin custody, on-chain settlement, and collateral markets.

Responsabilités

• Understand Battery’s bitcoin-enhanced private credit strategy and competitive landscape.
• Model and evaluate bespoke CRE opportunities with bitcoin as collateral.
• Lead underwriting and due diligence, draft credit memos for investment committee.
