Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Built-In-Test Systems Engineer to support development, integration, and verification of advanced sensor systems. Work with systems, hardware, and software teams to ensure reliability and BIT functionality in demanding environments. Ideal candidates have MATLAB, RF sensor experience, C/C++ and embedded software exposure.

U.S. citizenship and active Secret clearance are required; onsite in Linthicum, MD with 5+ years' experience (Bachelor's) or 3+ years

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or STEM with 5+ years of experience.
• Master's degree with 3+ years of experience.
• PhD with 1+ year of experience.
• An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIT capability development for advanced sensor systems.
• Derive and manage BIT requirements.
• Design BIT architectures and fault detection/IS strategies.
• Verify BIT functionality and ensure error detection and compensation work as intended.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support system integration, test, and field activities.
