Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking an RF Antenna Hardware Integration & Test Engineer to support integration, testing, analysis, and troubleshooting of advanced RF antenna and phased array systems in a state-of-the-art lab.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on antenna testing experience, MATLAB scripting, and collaboration with design engineering, manufacturing, and leadership teams to improve performance and support product development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field with 2+ years of experience, or Master's with 0+ years
• Active Secret or Top Secret Clearance
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Experience using MATLAB
• Experience with antenna range integration, testing, and subsystem integration
• Experience setting up and testing hardware in lab environments
• Basic understanding of RF and antenna performance analysis

Responsibilities

• Support integration and testing of advanced RF antenna and phased array systems.
• Operate and maintain antenna test equipment in factory and development environments.
• Integrate new test equipment, tools, and programs into existing facilities.
• Develop software tools and scripts for test automation and data analysis using MATLAB and other technologies.
• Troubleshoot RF hardware and system-level issues during development and production testing.
• Support technicians with troubleshooting activities, training, and guidance.
• Analyze test data and identify performance trends and anomalies.
• Collaborate with design engineering teams to improve hardware designs and test methodologies.
• Perform subsystem analysis spanning RF hardware through DSP architectures.
• Support verification, validation, and qualification testing.
• Conduct TRRs and DRRs.
• Develop concepts of operation for integration and test activities.
• Execute subsystem and system-level testing in engineering and manufacturing environments.
