Job summary

Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor is seeking a Bistro 300 Server to join our full-service restaurant/lounge team. You will help guests enjoy menu selections, provide recommendations, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires afternoon/evening shifts (3:00pm–11:30pm or 4:00pm–12:30am), weekends and holidays, with a focus on guest service, cleanliness, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience as a server or cocktail/server preferred.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight.

What You’ll Do:

Restaurant servers are responsible for submitting guest menu selections and presenting these food and beverage preferences. The right person will gain menu knowledge and give recommendations from our compilation of cuisine and drink offerings. A Hyatt restaurant server will engage in casual conversation and create the restaurant experience by their style and service attributes. Other duties include general restaurant preparation and maintaining a sanitary environment. If you have experience as a server in a restaurant, we'd love to hear from you!

This a full-time position with a schedule that requires afternoon/evening shifts from 3:00pm-11:30pm or 4:00pm-12:30am including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous cocktail/server experience preferred.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to work afternoon/evening shifts 3:00pm-11:30pm and 4:00pm-12:30am including weekends and holidays.
