Job summary

RAM Hotels is seeking a friendly Bistro Server to deliver stellar guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will serve food and drinks, assist guests with local area information, and operate the POS system while upholding brand standards.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, ability to stand for long periods, and willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends. Team-oriented and proactive candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to work entire shift on feet at a quick pace.
• Must be flexible to work any shift including weekends.
• Knowledge of basic drink recipes and bar equipment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a high pace and hot environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, attentive service to guests and answer questions about the local area.
• Complete brand training and health & safety training; adhere to brand standards.
• Operate the POS system; prepare food and beverages; maintain clean workspace.
• Perform other tasks to meet or exceed guest satisfaction.
