Job summary

ZMC Hotels, LLC is seeking a courteous server to welcome Bar guests, take drink and food orders, and coordinate with the bartender to deliver beverages. The role includes cleaning and restocking duties and providing attentive service to guests.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, relaying orders, serving, and managing payments while maintaining a clean, safe work area and complying with safety training and daily specials knowledge.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and able to multitask in a busy dining environment.
• Stand for long periods, move constantly, and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Strong guest service skills and a welcoming demeanor.
• Attention to detail and customer service oriented attitude.
• Ability to clearly communicate with guests, management, and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at tables promptly and present menus.
• Take orders and relay to kitchen or bar staff.
• Check in with tables to ensure needs are met and offer desserts.
• Present and process payments, returning change and receipts.
• Clear dirty dishes and reset tables with clean wares and condiments.
• Be familiar with daily specials and menu pricing.
• Monitor snacks at tables and assist with side duties as needed.
• Maintain clean uniform and personal appearance.
• Complete required training including serving alcohol responsibly and OSHA courses.
• Know basic safety procedures and evacuation plans.
