Job summary

Island Hospitality Management is seeking a Bistro Server to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As a Bistro Server, you will be a key reference for guests while preparing and serving made-to-order food and beverage products.

This position may require flexible scheduling availability and a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to take guests' orders and deliver meals.
• Maintain a clean, stocked Bistro service area at all times.
• Ability to handle beverage service and monitor IDs for alcohol.
• Remain composed and courteous during busy shifts.

Responsibilities

Our team is now seeking an adaptive team player to work in our Bistro! As a Bistro Server, you will be a key reference for guests while preparing and serving made-to-order food and beverage products.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Taking guests' orders, cooking, and delivering food
• Ensuring a wonderful dining experience from beginning to end
• Receiving food and beverage orders and ensuring the bistro service space remains well-stocked at all times
• Cleaning and sanitizing tables, countertops, and floors after each service

Job Qualifications:

• Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
• Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary
• Ability to work well in stressful situations
• Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service
• Ability to help validate customers' IDs and monitor all beverage consumption

The number of hours you will be scheduled to work during the week is variable and is based on guest occupancy, season, staffing and other factors.
