Job summary

Island Hospitality Management is seeking an adaptive Server to be a key reference for guests, preparing and serving made-to-order food and beverages at our property. The role may require flexible scheduling to accommodate guest occupancy and seasonal changes.

Responsibilities include taking orders, delivering meals, maintaining a high standard of guest experience, restocking breakfast service areas, and maintaining hygiene by cleaning and sanitizing surfaces.

Job description

Our team is now seeking an adaptive team player to work at our property! As a Server, you will be a key reference for guests while preparing and serving made-to-order food and beverage products.

This position may require flexible scheduling availability.

Job Requirements

• Taking guests' orders and delivering food
• Ensuring a wonderful dining experience from beginning to end
• Receiving food and beverage orders and ensuring breakfast service space remains well-stocked at all times
• Cleaning and sanitizing tables, countertops, and floors after each service

Job Qualifications

• Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
• Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary
• Ability to work well in stressful situations
• Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service
• Ability to help validate customers' IDs and monitor all beverage consumption

The number of hours you will be scheduled to work during the week is variable and is based on guest occupancy, season, staffing and other factors.
