Job summary

Island Hospitality Management is seeking a Bistro Server to join our team. You will take guests' orders, prepare and serve made-to-order food and beverages, and help ensure an exceptional dining experience from start to finish.

The position requires strong guest service, problem solving, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while maintaining a clean and stocked bistro environment. Flexible scheduling is possible depending on guest occupancy and season.

• Ability to handle problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary
• Ability to work well in stressful situations
• Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service
