Job summary

HVMG is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor in Winston-Salem, NC to lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, quality food and beverage execution, and an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Sufficient education and/or literacy to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure hotel's bistro runs smoothly and efficiently, providing guests with a memorable dining experience.
• Supervise bistro staff, coordinate daily operations, and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Report to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager or Bistro Manager.
