Job Description
Full Time: a position working 32+ hours per week.
The dishwasher will be primarily responsible for washing and storing all dishes, glasses, flatware, pots, pans, and other cooking utensils. The role includes maintaining kitchen sanitation and providing general assistance to leadership, departments, and the company.
Weekend and evening availability is a priority for this position.

Essential Job Duties:
- Clean and store all pots, pans, and utensils properly
- Clean sink and pots area after every shift
- Wash and store dishes, glassware, and silverware properly
- Maintain floor cleanliness through mopping and sweeping
- Clean dish machine
- Empty garbage and clean cans as needed
- Daily cleaning of food and beverage areas, including walls, ceilings, lights, equipment, receiving areas
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring proper storage and rotation
- Maintain rear receiving and trash areas in a clean and orderly fashion
Additional Responsibilities:
- Keep work area clean at all times
- Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards
- Uphold Biltmore's goals, culture, and service standards
- Participate in the recycling program
- Assist kitchen with food prep occasionally
- Be a team player and support department, leadership, and company
Physical Requirements:
- Lifting up to 50 pounds, with frequent bending and carrying objects up to 20 pounds
- Stand for the entire shift, mainly in the dish area
- Work in environments with temperature fluctuations and exposure to hazards and chemicals
- Operate in a fast-paced, loud environment
