Courtyard Opryland is seeking a friendly Bistro Cook to prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines. You will handle breakfast and dinner as needed based on operating hours and guest demand.

Maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen, follow food safety guidelines, rotate stock, monitor temperatures, and work with the front desk team to ensure an excellent guest experience.

Bistro Cook – Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Prepare breakfast, and dinner items as needed based on Bistro operating hours and guest demand.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and food preparation area.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines.
• Properly store, label, and rotate food products to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
• Monitor food inventory and communicate supply shortages or restocking needs to management.
• Ensure food orders are prepared accurately, consistently, and in a timely manner.
• Assist with kitchen opening and closing duties, including cleaning equipment, sanitizing surfaces, and storing food properly.
• Maintain and monitor food temperatures to ensure safe handling and proper cooking.
• Work collaboratively with Bistro and front desk team members to provide an excellent guest experience.
• Assist with restocking food, beverages, and kitchen supplies as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and follow Marriott brand standards and hotel policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
