Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott in Collegeville, PA is seeking a friendly Bistro/Catering Associate to serve guests in the hotel restaurant and support events. You will take orders, deliver food and drinks, perform light food prep, and handle barista duties with a focus on guest satisfaction and up-selling.

This full-time role requires weekday, weekend, and holiday shifts (25–35 hours per week). Pay is $15.00/hr plus tips and service charges during events, with benefits including health/dental/vision

The Bistro/Catering Associate at a Courtyard by Marriott is responsible for combining roles in food service, customer interaction, and event support.

This role involves serving guests in our hotel restaurant, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The position demands professionalism, flexibility in scheduling, and the ability to enhance guest experiences through attentive service and up selling.

Employment Type: Full Time, 5 days per week (25-35 hours per week)

Pay: $15.00/hr + tips and service charges during events

Work Schedule: Required to work weekdays, weekends and holidays

• Weekdays: 6:00 AM-11:00 AM (with occasional extended hours until 2:00 PM for banquet events)
• Weekends: 6:30 AM-12:00 PM (with occasional extended hours until 2:00 PM for banquet events)
