Newport Hospitality Group is hiring a Bistro/Catering Associate for Courtyard by Marriott in Malvern, PA. The role combines food service, guest interaction, and event support to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

The position requires professionalism, flexibility in scheduling, and a passion for hospitality, with full-time hours (25–35 per week) and a starting pay of $16.00/hr plus tips. Training is provided; prior food service or Micros POS familiarity is a plus.

The Bistro/Catering Associate at a Courtyard by Marriott is responsible for combining roles in food service, customer interaction, and event support.

This role involves serving guests in our hotel restaurant, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The position demands professionalism, flexibility in scheduling, and the ability to enhance guest experiences through attentive service and up selling.

Employment Type: Full Time, 5 days per week (25–35 hours per week)

Pay:$16.00/hr + tips

Work Schedule:Required to work weekdays, weekends and holidays

• Weekdays: 6:00 AM–11:00 AM &Weekends: 6:30 AM–12:00 PM
