Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott in Collegeville, PA is seeking a Bistro/Catering Associate to blend food service, guest interaction and event support. You will assist in the hotel restaurant and contribute to an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, delivering meals and drinks, light food preparation, barista duties, and ensuring food safety. The role requires professionalism, scheduling flexibility and a passion for hospitality; compensation is $15 per

The Bistro/Catering Associate at a Courtyard by Marriott is responsible for combining roles in food service, customer interaction, and event support.

This role involves serving guests in our hotel restaurant, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The position demands professionalism, flexibility in scheduling, and the ability to enhance guest experiences through attentive service and up selling.

Employment Type: Full Time, 5 days per week (25-35 hours per week)

Pay: $15.00/hr + tips and service charges during events

Work Schedule: Required to work weekdays, weekends and holidays

• Weekdays: 6:00 AM-11:00 AM (with occasional extended hours until 2:00 PM for banquet events)
• Weekends: 6:30 AM-12:00 PM (with occasional extended hours until 2:00 PM for banquet events)
