Qualifications

• Previous food and beverage or hospitality experience is preferred, but training is available.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with ability to connect with guests.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills and the ability to accurately handle cash transactions.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to every guest.
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with established service standards.
• Take and process guest orders and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the TEAM to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
• Respond to guest questions and requests with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Support daily Bistro operations and contribute to financial profitability.
