Job summary

WellBridge of Romeo is seeking a friendly Bistro Associate to join our award-winning team. You will help plan, prepare and deliver exceptional meal services to our patients, ensuring happiness and satisfaction with every interaction.

The role offers a starting wage of $17.00 per hour, plus Hero Pay of $0.85 per hour, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, tuition reimbursement, and 401k with employer match.

Qualifications

• Must be ServSafe and Allergen trained.
• Barista training (Starbucks) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing and evaluating the Bistro’s programs and activities.
• Prepare, cook and deliver an epic food and beverage service program while maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate food-related activities with other departments.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families and visitors.

We can work with your scheduling needs:

• Full Time
• All shifts include rotating weekends & some holidays

How you will help people every day:

• Assist in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluatingthe functioning of the Bistro, its programs, and activities.
• Prepare, cookand deliver an EPIC food and beverage service program while maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the coordination with food related activities with other departments.
• You will promote hospitality and excellent customer service in our every daily interaction with our guests, their families, and visitors. Through kind words and encouragement, you will promote a positive, healthy environment in which to heal and thrive.

What you will need to be part of ourEPICteam:

• ServSafe and Allergen Trained
• Starbucks Barista trained.
• Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide Bistro services.
• Must be knowledgeable of food service laws, regulations and guidelines governing dietary functions in nursing care facilities and food service establishments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to interact effectively with residents, families, physicians, and staff.
