Job summary

WellBridge of Clarkston is seeking a part-time Bistro Associate to join our culinary team. You will assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the Bistro’s programs to ensure a high-quality experience for our patients and guests.

Prepare, cook, and deliver EPIC food and beverage service while maximizing satisfaction. You will coordinate with other departments and promote hospitality in every daily interaction.

Qualifications

• ServSafe and Allergen Trained.
• Starbucks Barista trained.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with residents, families, physicians, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the Bistro’s functioning and programs.
• Prepare, cook, and deliver an EPIC food and beverage service program while maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with food-related activities with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests and visitors.

You will earn:

• Base Wages: $17.00per hour
• PLUS Hero Pay($0.85 per hour!)

We can work with your scheduling needs:

• Part Time - Shift schedule will be Wednesdays and Every Other weekend.

How you will help people every day:

• Assist in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluatingthe functioning of the Bistro, its programs, and activities.
• Prepare, cookand deliver an EPIC food and beverage service program while maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the coordination with food related activities with other departments.

What you will need to be part of ourEPICteam:

• ServSafe and Allergen Trained
• Starbucks Barista trained.
• Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide Bistro services.
• Must be knowledgeable of food service laws, regulations and guidelines governing dietary functions in nursing care facilities and food service establishments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to interact effectively with residents, families, physicians, and staff.
