Job summary

Saint Peter’s Health Care System is seeking a Birthing Center RN Per Diem to join a Magnet-designated team renowned for nursing excellence. You will contribute to collaborative patient care, perform assessments, and administer medications in line with Standards of Care.

Requirements include NJ RN licensure, BLS, and NRP Iⅈ ACLS during orientation. Per diem role with competitive benefits and potential for tuition assistance and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in New Jersey (NJ)
• 1 year of experience preferred
• BSN preferred
• BLS certification required (AHA)
• NRP Part I & II required
• ACLS certification obtained during orientation

Responsibilities

• Be a positive contributor to our collaborative nursing team
• Use assessment skills to determine health status per Nursing Standards
• Ensure procedures are performed based on Standards of Care
• Administer medications and parenteral therapies per policy
• Meticulously document all aspects of patient care
