Qualifications

• Active Illinois Registered Nurse license.
• Current CPR/BLS, ACLS within 6 months of hire.
• TNCC or TNS within 1 year or residency graduation, effective 6/2026.
• NRP within 6 months of hire for appropriate units.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
• Establish a compassionate environment to support patients and families.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate an individualized care plan with the team.
• Provide patient education and counseling to promote health.
• Document accurately in the patient record and participate in policy development.
