- ACLS Certifications within 6 months of hire (ICU/Stepdown/Interventional Imaging)
- ACLS Cardiac Services/Other ACLS modules listed in job posting
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care for SIH patients.
- Assess, plan, implements, and evaluates an individual plan of care with the multidisciplinary team.
- Provide health teaching and counseling to promote health.
- Demonstrate clinical judgement with critical thinking to recognize and respond to changes in patient condition.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in patient medical records.
- Support patient safety and quality through policy input.
- Float to other SIH nursing units within competency level.
