Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Philadelphia is seeking a Birthday Party Host to plan and coordinate children’s events inside the store, delivering a fun, engaging experience for guests and helping customers shop.

You will lead craft activities, oversee event logistics, and assist with party add-ons while maintaining store standards and customer service excellence. Nights and weekends availability is expected.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate multiple events inside the Michaels store, including birthday parties.
• Demonstrate and instruct party activities; perform face painting and other activities as needed.
• Facilitate add-ons like goody bags and balloons to brand standards.
• Communicate events with clients and store team members; answer emails and calls.
• Set up, run, and break down events; ensure safety and cleanliness.
