Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
• At least two years of related experience or training; or combination of education and experience.
• Wisconsin driver's license and access to a personally owned vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process new referrals.
• Prepare intake packets and distribute to families.
• Send evaluation reports to agencies and families.
• Complete and send out weekly meeting notices.
• Enter/maintain/log/discharged children across data systems (MS Access, PPS).
• Coordinate annual State B-3 survey.
• Monthly SC file reviews.
• Act as back-up to front reception, as needed.
