Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• MD state licensure to practice occupational therapy.
• Experience with infants and toddlers in early intervention or pediatric settings; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of infants and toddlers to assess sensory, motor, and developmental needs.
• Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to infants and toddlers in homes and community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals for a holistic approach.
• Educate families with strategies to promote development and participation in daily activities.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of assessments and progress notes.
• Stay informed about best practices in pediatric OT.
