Strides Therapy & Educational Services is seeking an Infant and Toddler Occupational Therapist to support students ages 0-3 in Calvert County Public Schools. The role focuses on play-based, family-centered therapy in educational settings, collaborating with families, teachers, and other providers.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Maryland state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an OT.
• Experience in pediatric or school-based OT is desirable.
• Strong communication and collaboration with students, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and IFSP development.
• Provide evidence-based OT interventions to improve fine motor, sensory processing, and functional independence.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and the child’s team for home and school participation.
• Monitor progress and adapt treatment plans to maximize outcomes.
• Document sessions, progress reports, and billing records.
• Participate in IEP/IFSP meetings and school-based professional development.
