Job summary

Little Masters Development Center LLC is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our Early Intervention team. This in-person role provides home-based OT services to children aged 0–3, in their homes and at our Flushing, Queens center.

The position requires NY State OT licensure, strong communication with families and a multidisciplinary team, and a compassionate, flexible approach to support developmental progress.

Qualifications

• Current New York State OT license required.
• Experience with pediatric population preferred.
• Early Intervention experience is a plus.
• Bilingual providers are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to children in Early Intervention programs at home and in community settings.
• Conduct individualized evaluations and therapy sessions based on each child's developmental needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Collaborate with families, service coordinators, and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
• Educate and coach caregivers on strategies to support development during daily routines.
• Maintain timely documentation and required Early Intervention paperwork.
• Support development of fine and gross motor, sensory processing, self-help, play, and adaptive skills.
