Vanderbilt Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our Birth Center in Nashville. This PRN night role supports unmedicated labor, birth, postpartum recovery and newborn care.

You will work closely with Certified Nurse Midwives to provide individualized, evidence-based care and patient education within our out-of-hospital birth-center model. Prior L&D or Mother/Baby experience is essential to succeed in this autonomous role.

Formación

• Experience in Labor & Delivery or birth-related care within a clinical setting.
• Ability to educate patients and families about care plans and expectations.
• Strong collaborative skills with midwives and care teams.

Responsabilidades

• Applies the nursing process to plan and implement patient care across the birth center.
• Communicates patient information to the health care team and families.
• Collaborates with CNMs to support unmedicated labor, birth, and newborn care.
