Vanderbilt Health, Labor and Delivery department, is seeking a dedicated RN for full-time night shifts (7 PM–7 AM) with 40 hours weekly and additional admin time. The role requires strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills to support patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required (state specific).
• 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform the initial nursing assessment, communicating findings with the assigned physician or mid-level.
• Assess the wound stage and measurements, document care plans, evaluate patient status against outcomes.
• Identify patient care situations requiring intervention and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
